We offer “turn-key contract manufacturing” solutions to OEM’s by assuming full responsibility for the following three key tasks:
Custom Tool Manufacturing
As a custom molder, we help companies with their molding requirements from understanding their needs, then we support in designing the tools (jointly with the provider) and select the best thermoset resin or compound needed for the specific application.
Custom Formulation
Plasco selects and proposes our customers the right grade BMC, SMC or TMC recipe with all required strengths and resistances for the specific application: mechanical, electric HVAC, sanitary, food, automotive, transportation, construction and more. Along the process, our customers receive prototype pieces for pre-approvals. Of BMC, SMC or TMC looking for best performance & efficiency for the specific application.
Custom Molding
We have 30 compression machines and 11 injection machines with capacities ranging from 150 to 600 tons.

Our OEM customers design parts or components for their finished solutions and products, but when it comes to manufacture some specific piece or component in large volumes at reasonable costs and 100% good quality guaranteed, they bring Plasco in as “turn-key contract manufacturer”.
We proudly count among our customers some of the most internationally recognized and prestigious names in the electric, sanitary, food, and transportation industries. While we serve worldwide manufacturers, we can also service small to medium size companies with the same quality and dedication.
And something critically important is that our OEM customers have Plasco’s contractual guarantee that the designs, tools and parts will remain always our OEM customers’ property and will only be used exclusively for them!
This way our OEM customers, regardless of the industry they operate in, only have to deal with ONE company (Plasco Molding) as responsible of sourcing them “turn-key” the finished goods they need.
Our OEM customers no longer have to store compounds that have limited time “shelf life”, need to be kept in temperature controlled warehouses and risk expiration of the guarantee.
Our OEM customers no longer need to own and operate expensive compression or injection molding presses and to deal with “scarp” and de-flashing which are always associated to molding thermoset compounds.
Since we are fully vertically integrated in molding Thermoset compounds, our OEM customers only receive from us 100% approved finished goods (pieces or components) at very competitive prices!
